Building and Grounds Specialist

Minimum Acceptable Employment Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent
At least Eight years experience in the following areas:
- Performing facility maintenance
- Electronic repairs, electrical codes, and programmable logic circuits
- Hydraulic and pneumatic controls
Knowledge of shop mathematics and elementary algebra
Knowledge of carpentry skills and building codes
Excellent manual dexterity
ACCA Certification
The ability to stand, bend, stoop, crouch and use hand tools required by the work
The ability to pass background checks for license, criminal and references
The ability to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical and drug screen

Salary
Established by Collective Bargaining Unit
Currently starts at $18.80 per hour
