Flint MTA Request For Proposal 2010-25 "Design and Completion of Building Foundation System" is being recalled. New Specifications will be sent out to prospective bidders within Thirty (30) to Forty- Five (45) Business Days. Any and all proposals that have already been received to date will not be opened and/or reviewed.
