ADA Form - The Federal Government requires that Mass Transportation Authority have a form that complies with the Americans with Disability Act. If you feel that you qualify under this Act, then please print and fill out the ADA form and send it to Customer Service.
Board of Directors - MTA's Board of Directors meet the third Thursday of the month, except for the month of July. To view the current monthly minutes please click here.
Bus Shelters - Adopt a Shelter is a program that helps businesses, individuals and community organizations make a real difference in their neighborhoods.
Lost & Found - The Lost and Found Department is located in the MTA Customer Service Center at 615 Harrison Street in Flint. If you lose an article on one of our buses you should call Customer Service at (810) 767-0100. All articles must be identified and claimed at the downtown Flint Customer Service Center. Office hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
