MTA Phone numbers - MTA's General Phone number is 810-767-6950, if you do not know your parties extension, then the operator will be glad to assist you. Customer Service is 810-767-0100.
ADA Form - The Federal Government requires that Mass Transportation Authority have a form that complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act. If you feel that you qualify under this Act, then please print and fill out the ADA form and send it to Customer Service.

Lost & Found - The Lost and Found Department is located in the MTA Customer Service Center at 615 Harrison Street in Flint. If you lose an article on one of our buses you should call Customer Service at (810) 767-0100. All articles must be identified and claimed at the downtown Flint Customer Service Center. Office hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
