Organizations Providing Additional Transportation services

This transportation service is designed for clients of local community agencies serving the elderly and persons with disabilities. The MTA, in a cooperative and coordinated effort with local agencies, provides funds to agencies to meet transportation needs beyond the MTA transportation program. Service includes taking clients to and from agency appointments, as well as to personal appointments such as medical exams.
This is the results of a survey gathered by Court Street Village and the Center for Gerontology.  Each agency is listed by the name, with the list of transportation services offered.
