Primary Job Duties: Transport Customers through our Fixed Route Transportation Program.

Minimum Acceptable Employment Requirements

• Knowledge of the City of Flint and Genesee County area is preferred.
• A valid Group A or B CDL license with a Passenger endorsement and a Chauffeur's license. We will train applicants to possess a Group B CDL license with a Passenger endorsement.
• A clean driving record and a minimum of 5 years driving experience.
• Applicants must be able to pass a DOT physical and drug screen, criminal and reference checks.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds; use hands and fingers to feel objects; reach with arms and hands; stoop, kneel and crouch; walk, climb or balance; and have vision corrected to 20/20
• Ability to attend work regularly and work under stressful conditions.

All new hires begin as Substitute employees. Substitute employees enjoy a flexible schedule and are not guaranteed a fixed, defined working schedule.

Substitute Compensation

$10.00 per hour
