If you have a comment, compliment, or concern, please complete the form below with as much detail as possible, including date of occurrence, time of day, bus and route number. This form can also be used to report something broken, damaged, or unsafe at a bus stop or on a vehicle. Let us know the problem so we can work to fix it and keep our system clean and safe for all riders.
If you need assistance filling out the comment/feeback form, you may contact the Customer Service department at (810) 767-0100. In addition, for persons with disabilities, you may also call the Disability Network at (810) 742-1800. The Disability Network only handles complaint/concerns for persons with disabilities. You may also fill out a comment/feedback form at the MTA Northrup-Abrams Transportation Center, located at 615 Harrison Street, Flint, Michigan.
Complaints must be reported within seven days of the date the incident occurred. Calls on services should be directed to the Customer Service department at (810) 767-0100. The MTA Customer Service staff is prepared to record the complaint properly. All complaints will be forwarded to the appropriate department for further investigation. Staff will follow-up on all complaints in the form of a phone call, letter, or email. The complaint will be entered into the computer system. Should further investigation be needed, the complainant will be contacted if more information is required. The MTA staff will assess all responses and take appropriate action with regards to the complaint.
