The “Contact Us” page is provided to assist our passengers to communicate with Customer Service at the Mass Transportation Authority. If you have a comment, concern or complaint then please give as much detail as possible, including time of day, bus number and route you were on.

If you need assistance filling out a comment/complaint form, you may contact the Customer Service department at (810) 767-0100. Or, in addition, for  persons with disabilities, you may also call  the Disability Network at (810) 742-1800. The Disability Network only handles complaint/concerns for  persons with disabilities. You may also fill out a comment/complaint form at the MTA Northrup-Abrams Transportation Center, located at 615 Harrison Street, Flint, Michigan. All Complaints must be reported within seven days of the date the incident occurred. Calls on services should be directed to the Customer Service department at (810) 767-0100.

The MTA Customer Service staff is prepared to record the complaint properly. All complaints will be forwarded to the appropriate department for further investigation. Staff will follow-up on all complaints in the form of a phone call, letter, or email. The complaint will be entered into the computer system. Should further investigation be needed, the complainant will be contacted if more information is required. The MTA staff will assess all responses and take appropriate action with regards to the complaint.
